a. The detailed operation of the The INSANGU Model Regional Hub : Garden Route as proposed is contained in the Concept Contitution of the Model Regional Hub.

c. OBJECTIVES AFTER YEAR 1

After having successfully achieved the objectives as set out above The Insangu Development Corporation will have the following options:

a. Continue with the Insangu roll-out according to their own planning / philosophies / variations of the Model and with their own people whilst maintaining the Model regional hub and its model of operation, for the 5 year term, also for training and further developmental purposes. This is essential since the development of the Regional Hub/ Clubs/ Growers is an expensive and intricate process, which cannot be discontinued before 5 years if the targets have been met, else it will not allow the partners of the TIDC Model Hub to recuperate their investment.

b. Form a 2 year partnership with some of the partners of TIDC Model Hub, that have the skills, passion and the desire to make it a thriving realty and include more of their own candidates as we roll out according to our mutually agreed Bussiness Plan which for us means that the Western and Eastern Cape regions has priority for the development of growers and hubs, and the other regions initially more for Clubs.
