THE MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

a) The Club members of the association are The Club members of The Insangu Development Corporation and of the Insangu Social Clubs.

b) TIDC may admit further members: Subject to due compliance with any conditions of membership (including payment of any membership fees) which TIDC may stipulate from time to time; and

c) The Management Committee may suspend or terminate the membership of any member/ club/ grower provided that: Written notice is given to the member/ club/ grower concerned. The notice shall invite the member/ club/ grower to make written or verbal representations as the member/ club/ grower may consider appropriate.

d) The decision rests with the Management Committee to invite, or admit an applicant to membership, or to suspend or to terminate a membership. Suspension will be reviewed monthly and termination quarterly by the Management Committee. 

e) Neither the Management Committee nor the Association shall be required to give reasons for their decisions with respect to membership.

f) All Members of The CannaClub are automatically also Members of  The Insangu Development Corporation and have free access to any Insangu Social Club.
