THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

a) Powers

i. The affairs of the Association shall be controlled and managed by the TIDC  Management Committee. Subject to the terms of the constitution, the TIDC Management Committee may exercise all the powers of the Association.

b) Election

i) The Management Committee of the The Insangu Development Corporation will be selected by the TIDC  founder Ras Sebastian (Ruben) Andrews who is the CEO of the corporation.

ii) The members of the Management Committee shall hold office until they resign, or agree to do so.
