THE POWERS

The powers of the Association are vested in the Managing member. The terms of this Constitution may be amended by the Managing member.
 

The office of the Managing member shall be vacated if the member:
i. becomes unfit and/or incapable of acting as such; or
ii. resigns,
iii. Should the Managing member’s position fall vacant it will be automatically be filled by Heidi’s husband Herman, and if not able to then by selection of the trustees of the HVDW Trust.
