THE H&H TRUST

1. The H&H trust was formally known as the Hennie Van der Watt trust, of which all interests  were taken over by the Heiman trust in 2010. The Heiman trust was founded by Herman and Heidi Van der Watt and was dissolved at the time. The Hennie van der Watt trust is in process to be re-registered to the name: "The H&H trust" also as a Non profit organization in line with our memorandum of incorporation.

2. The H&H trust owns the Danki Pa Eco Estate, and is a Non-profit based organization.

3.   GRRcc (Garden Route Retreat - Book keeping &  Property management services) was established to develop and manage the property as well as the objectives of the trust on behalf of the trust and is owned & operated by Heidi. 

​

4.  After the development of the Lodge & Guest house by the beneficiaries on the estate, GRRcc contracted the remainder of the property for the exclusive use to it's partners:

• GREEN Herizon which is owned by Herries and who has been developing the remainder since 2012. His mandate is to continuously improve the soil or the assets involved while sharing some profit if any with GRRcc in terms of rental  fees. He is a trustee and beneficiary of the H&H trust, G.M. and founder member of The CannaClub and provides all premises, infrastructure & automation for The CannaClub. He also owns TheBestGrow Plett franchise.

• JackPot which is owned by Tian: He is trustee and a beneficiary of the H&H trust.Tian is a partner of GRRcc in terms of which:​

Tian has to provide a Club House facility for the guests of the DankiPa Eco lodge & Guest house. In terms of the above : Tian has the full & exclusive use of the DankiPa Club House and it's associated entertainment areas, with a mandate to continuously improve the empowerment capability,  assets, experience, soil or self sustainability value thereof.
