THE FOUNDING STATEMENTS OF GRRcc

THE FOUNDING STATEMENTS OF GRRcc WERE PROVIDED BY THE FOUNDER AND ARE:
1. The Mission is to:
a. Develop and manage the property on behalf of the trustees and beneficiaries of the H&H trust.
b. To provide Bookkeeping and admin services for all business activities on the estate and to develop such activities and job opportunities.
c. To accept full responsibility for the Nedbank development loan it proposed for the development of the Lodge and Guest House in 2016, and to settle it timeously without any further loans against the property whatsoever.
d. Once the loan is settled:

To settle any other outstanding debts including to some of the beneficiaries.
After which, to hand over the life rights of the beneficiaries as per the life right agreements they each worked for.
To pay 20% of all other rental income on the estate (other than that of the life right units) over to the H&H trust forthwith.

e. Pay all service fees and taxes of the estate.
f. Manage, maintain and upgrade the estate and everything on it.
g. Establish and manage agreements on the remainder of the property which will improve the soil, water quality, or value thereof and specifically aimed at providing a more self sustainable lifestyle that may be an inspiration for other Communities to improve on.
h. Establish educational opportunities i.t.o. cultivation/ health.


2. The Vision of The GRR cc is to facilitate meaningful and lasting ways in order to help with:
a. Redressing the imbalances of the past,

b.  and the current/ future challenges,
c. to an integrated harmonious, educated, peaceful, thankful, healthy, spiritual
and thriving society,
d. by empowering communities through our African Agricultural Awakening

3. The Key Objectives GRR cc are:
a. To promote the estate, the empowering and transformation initiatives
and the various business ventures on it.
b. To continuously improve the experience, quality and value offering.
c. To under promise and to over deliver.
