THE POWERS

The powers of the Association are vested in the Managing member. The terms of this Constitution may be amended by the Managing member.

 

The office of the Managing member shall be vacated if the member:
i. becomes unfit and/or incapable of acting as such.
ii. Should the Managing member’s position fall vacant it will be automatically be filled by his brother : Herries, and if not able to then by his father: Herman, whom will have full authority and powers thereafter, and which will include the donation of all share holding of the association to this member on the condition that any life insurances paid by JackPot will be transferred without any deduction, to his daughter Mackenzie and life partner Mischa .
