THE POWERS

The powers of the Association are vested in the Managing members. The terms of this Constitution may be amended by the Managing members.

The office of a Managing member shall be vacated if the member:
i. becomes unfit and/or incapable of acting as such; or
ii.resigns,
iii. Should the Managing member’s position fall vacant it will be automatically be
filled by his partner, whom will have full authority and powers thereafter, and which
will include the donation of all share holding to this member.
