WHY WAS APMS FOUNDED AND BY WHO?
APMS was founded in 2019 by Wayne and Don as equal partners, long time growers and tried and tested friends, to provide plant management services for small to medium scale, high value Organic Cannabis cultivation and to physically provide and manage all aspects thereof.
