THE POWERS

The powers of the Association are vested in the Managing member. The terms of this Constitution may be amended by the Managing member.

 

The office of the Managing member shall be vacated if the member:
i. becomes unfit and/or incapable of acting as such.
ii. Should the Managing member’s position fall vacant it will be automatically be filled by his mother : Heidi, and if not able to then by his father: Herman, whom will have full authority and powers thereafter, and which will include the donation of all share holding of the cc to this member on the condition that no loans be created on behalf of the H&H trust, or with the estate as surety whatsoever.
